About Me

Mr. Bolton's Class
Mr. Bolton was born in Pratt and raised in Geneseo, Kansas. He went to school at Geneseo Grade school until 8th grade, then attended Quiviria Heights High School. Mr. Bolton first went to Fort Scott Community College to play football on a scholarship. He was then offered and went to college at Panhandle State University for one semester before onto the Pittsburg State University football team as a tight-end. Mr. Bolton received his Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education in 1993 from Pittsburg State University. In 2001, Mr. Bolton earned his Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Ft. Hays State University. Although Mr. Bolton has taught many grades from 5th to 8th, he currently teaches 5th and 6th grade science. He is married to Nancy Bolton and has twin boys, Josiah and Micah.
